How do I place an order?
New customers can place an order over the phone by calling office at 786-829-8236 or email us at sales@premiermedicaldistro.com
The process to conduct the transaction is standard and self-explanatory from there. All you have to do is get in contact with us.

Do you accept online orders?
We are not accepting online orders currently and will not ask you about your personal information while you navigate the website.

What are my payment options?
We accept wire transfers, money order, checks or cashier checks. We also accept credit card payments with a specified processing fee.

Do we deliver?
Yes we deliver locally, nationally and internationally. Shipping rates will apply to your order.

How do I track my order?
Please contact customer service 786-829-8236 or email us at sales@premiermedicaldistro.com for all tracking information. We will have full tracking information available to customers the day after your order has been placed.

Do we rent equipment?
No, we don’t rent equipment or supplies.

Do we bill insurance or receive payments from insurance companies?
No, we don’t bill insurance nor receive payments for goods sold from insurance companies. However, if an insurance company wants to buy supplies directly from us, they will be catered to like any other customer.
